What it is
Tellability is an AI-powered hiring platform for recruiters and hiring teams, with tools for candidate profiles, sourcing, matching, and screening. Its assistant, Tess, conducts a 15-minute conversation with each candidate and gives recruiters a two-minute summary. Recruiters can upload PDF or DOCX resumes in bulk, get scores from 0 to 100 against job requirements, and invite selected candidates to chat with Tess. Jobs can be created through AI chat, with recruiter-defined questions for Tess to ask. Match scores are intended to help prioritize candidates, not to accept or reject them automatically; recruiters make the final decisions.
