Its AI timetable generator builds schedules from subjects, teachers, rooms and availability rules, then supports review, adjustment and publishing. Staff can ask Najiba, Skoolia’s AI assistant, questions in plain language, with responses based on school data and limited to their role and school. OneRoster v1.1 integrations connect with compliant student information systems, including Infinite Campus, PowerSchool, Blackbaud, iSAMS and Veracross. Messaging supports SMS providers, WhatsApp Business API and email services. Stripe supports tuition and fee collection with automated invoices, receipts and reminders.
