SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
Austin, Texas, United States
What it is
SailPoint Identity Security Cloud manages identities and access to enterprise resources through web and API services hosted on Amazon Web Services. Its governance capabilities include lifecycle management, access requests and approvals, access reviews and certifications, and separation of duties. Depending on the suite, users may receive access recommendations, role insights, outlier detection, and Harbor Pilot agents. Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management provides identity-focused cloud governance. Connectivity combines SaaS connectors, virtual appliances, and RPA integrations for legacy, disconnected, and on-premises systems. Suite limits include the full SailPoint connector library, while paid integrations can cost extra. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and SailPoint says its password-vault credentials use zero-knowledge encryption. Administrative access supports two-factor methods and third-party authentication integrations, including TOTP authenticator apps, Duo Web, RSA SecurID, and Symantec VIP. SailPoint states ISO 27001 certification and annual SOC 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 Type 2 audits. Pricing is on request. Foundations targets smaller organizations starting identity security; Standard targets smaller organizations consolidating tools and processes.
