What it is
RoundZero is a web hiring tool that pre-screens applicants and prepares evidence-backed reports before human interviews. Every submitted application receives a role-specific AI pre-evaluation showing a match score, confidence, and missing requirements. Selected candidates complete an adaptive text interview followed by a browser voice conversation; the full process is estimated at 15–20 minutes, including about five minutes of voice. Reports collect scores, strengths, gaps, screening answers, authenticity signals, transcripts, and evidence excerpts. Employers decide who advances, is rejected, or is hired. Supported job-import sources listed on the homepage include Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Recruitee, and SmartRecruiters. Growth and Scale can import jobs from supported public boards or CSV, with imported roles remaining drafts until review and publication. The Free plan costs nothing forever and includes one active job, five reports per job, and one teammate plus the account holder. Starter costs $39 a month, Growth $99 a month, and Scale $249 a month. Every plan includes email support, and interviews require no camera or video recording.
