Willo is a candidate screening platform for recruiters and hiring teams to collect and review responses remotely. Candidates can answer by video, audio or text at a time of their choosing. Teams can review, rate and share those responses, using an assessment library, benchmarks and custom scorecards. Willo Intelligence transcribes and summarizes interviews and surfaces skills and gaps. The platform supports asynchronous interviews, recording and templates, but not live interviews. Willo says candidates can use any device and browser, and describes its candidate experience as WCAG 2.0 compliant and available in 18 languages. Listed integrations include Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Zapier and OpenAPI.
