Razer QA Companion-AI
Irvine, California, United States and Singapore
What it is
Razer QA Companion-AI monitors gameplay sessions for game testing teams, tracking FPS, CPU, GPU, and memory use in real time. Teams can set thresholds for detecting performance issues. Its Vision AI reviews captured gameplay video and screenshots for visual glitches, physics or collision problems, interface inconsistencies, missing assets, and sequencing errors. The tool can draft bug tickets with descriptions, expected and actual results, and suggested reproduction steps for human review. It can also generate functional, boundary, and negative test cases from prompts or uploaded Game Design Documents. Jira is the documented ticketing integration, with direct submission and duplicate issue detection. Razer says the tool needs no SDK, plugin, or game-side instrumentation. Setup uses a web platform and a Razer Game Data Bridge on a Windows 10 or 11 test PC, plus a stable internet connection. Razer lists private tenant isolation, encryption, role-based access controls, and audit logging; it says formal third-party security certifications are not currently maintained. Gameplay footage is typically deleted within 24 hours, while backend data may be retained for up to 90 days by default. Screen recording is incompatible with PCs using AMD graphics cards.
