Customers can order pickup from a published Outlet menu and pay through the restaurant’s connected Razorpay account; QwikPass does not provide a delivery fleet. The Outlet workspace tracks queue conditions, counter bills, online orders, and work marked queued, preparing, ready, or collected. Open Access costs nothing and includes 300 shared service credits per Organization each month for billing, pickup operations, and WhatsApp updates; credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Prepaid credits cost ₹0.40 as a one-time purchase, starting at 250 credits (₹100). The product is built for restaurants in India and says it does not replace accounting, inventory, or every POS.
