What it is
PDF Postman is a Windows Outlook add-in that turns email messages and attachments into password-protected PDF files. It encrypts content with AES-128 or AES-256, and recipients can open the files with a PDF viewer and password without special software or registration. HTML, rich-text, and plain-text messages can become formatted encrypted PDFs. Attachments can be encrypted inside the PDF, protected without the message, or used to create PDFs. Outlook Desktop 365, 2021, 2019, 2016, and 2013 are listed for 32-bit or 64-bit Windows. Requirements include Windows 11 or 10, .NET Framework 4.8 or later, 4 GB RAM, and 2 GB disk space. After its 15-day trial, free mode allows up to five encrypted PDF messages per month. Paid options list $79.99 per month for one license, $349.95 for five, $589.90 for ten, $1,249.75 for 25, $2,199.50 for 50, $3,149.25 for 75, and $3,999.00 for 100. Licenses are described as perpetual, with optional maintenance and upgrades.
