What it is
Encryptomatic OpenPGP is a freemium Windows application for encrypting and signing messages and files, with Outlook integration. Encryption occurs locally on the PC, and messages are protected end to end from sender to recipient rather than in the cloud. Recipients need OpenPGP software to decrypt messages. The software supports Windows 10 and 11 and listed Classic Outlook versions from 2013 through Microsoft 365, in 32-bit and 64-bit editions. Users can encrypt or sign files from the Windows right-click menu, while key-server support covers sharing, discovery and revocation. Administrators can customize the interface and use MSI silent deployment and registration. Personal users, nonprofits, activists and individual journalists can use it free; for-profit business-domain use requires a license. Business licensing starts at $29.99 a year for one license. Mac is not supported.
