Ostentus
What it is
Ostentus presents evidence for depositions, trials, and arbitrations directly from RelativityOne. Legal teams can prepare and sequence documents, pages, paragraphs, or individual points, including repeated items. Practice Mode supports simulated witness examinations and mock trials before a hearing. During presentation, participants can independently zoom, scroll, and examine evidence. RelativityOne user-group permissions create personalized views, allowing legal teams to keep private analysis while limiting what witnesses and others see. The presenting party can control display cadence or use a hot-seat operator. Ostentus automatically preserves a defensible electronic record of presented evidence that can be accessed, downloaded, and distributed during or after the hearing. Delium says users and data remain within RelativityOne, avoiding presentation exports and imports, while RelativityOne security protects data and analysis. The product integrates with existing RelativityOne functionality and workspace evidence. Delium offers demonstrations and brochure downloads; pricing is available on request.
