Orgonaut
What it is
Orgonaut is a web and API platform for modelling an organisation’s current structure and planning possible changes. A Live baseline can be cloned into scenarios, where users compare structural, cost, full-time-equivalent and velocity changes before promoting an approved scenario. The model includes people, contractors, AI agents, robots, teams, departments, positions, placements, allocations and compensation. Interactive organisation charts and matrix views support viewing and editing. Astro, the AI assistant, answers questions about structure, allocations and cost, and prepares proposed scenario changes for review. Data can be entered manually, imported through structured CSV with quarantine and review, or synchronized from BambooHR and Dynamics 365 HR; Deel is listed as coming soon. Plans are paid, start at €199 a month for Team, and include a 14-day trial but no free plan.
