OrgChartBuilder builds, annotates and shares organization charts from CSV data in a browser. Its import tool can detect columns in HRIS exports and save mappings for one-click re-imports; listed compatible exports include Workday, BambooHR, HiBob and Personio, along with plain spreadsheets. Scenario modelling lets teams prepare private restructure drafts, compare changes side by side with colour coding, and review redundancy cost analysis. Exports include multi-page PDF and CSV; SVG is available on Pro and higher plans. Advanced mode can show vacant roles as chart nodes and supports role sharing and interim appointments. Team and Company plans support collaborative editing, with one editor at a time and read-only views for others. Charts are encrypted in the browser, and the server stores encrypted bytes. The Free plan supports 200 employees and one user, but data is deleted after 90 days without login.
