Mailparser
What it is
Mailparser is a cloud service that turns recurring emails into structured data for other applications or downloads. Users can create custom parsing rules, or let the web tool generate rules by examining message structure. Extraction can use subjects, headers, bodies, sender and recipient fields, and supported attachments. Results can be downloaded as XLS, CSV, JSON, or XML. Data can also be reformatted, restructured, and calculated with sum, minimum, maximum, and calculated-column operations. Listed connections include Salesforce, Slack, QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, and HTTP webhooks, with API access available. Supported attachments include CSV, XLSX, DOCX, PDF, and TXT; images and scanned documents are not supported. The maker says transfers are encrypted, passwords are one-way hashed, and staff access customer data only when assistance is requested. It states GDPR compliance and Standard Contractual Clauses. A 30-day trial includes 30 credits. Starter monthly pricing is $29.95 a month.
