MailParse converts .eml and .msg files, pasted raw email text, or connected mailboxes into structured Excel, CSV, or JSON data. It extracts senders, recipients, dates, subjects, plain-text and HTML bodies, attachment metadata, and custom fields. Starter and higher plans support custom extraction fields through label matching or regular expressions. Those plans can connect Gmail or any IMAP mailbox and check for new mail every 15 minutes.
