Lunatask
What it is
Lunatask is an encrypted personal organization app for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, with API and browser-extension access. It combines to-do lists, habit tracking, journaling, life tracking, notes, and relationship reminders. Task workflows include recurring tasks, reminders, subtasks, timers, a Kanban-like approach, the Must/Should/Want method, the Eisenhower Matrix, and a work-in-progress limit. Users can track daily and weekly habits, moods, emotions, energy, and stress. Notes and notebooks can be encrypted and PIN-protected. Calendar connections include Google, Outlook, iCloud, Proton, Fastmail, Hey, Facebook Events, iCal/ics feeds, and CalDAV, though syncing is one-way into Lunatask. Data is encrypted on the device before cloud storage and sync, while metadata such as status and priority is unencrypted. The Free plan costs nothing; Premium is $6 a month when paid annually or $8 a month when billed monthly.
