Property Compliance records gas safety, EICR, EPC, fire safety and other certificates across properties. Workforce Compliance tracks DBS checks, Right to Work, first aid certificates, professional licences and mandatory training for employees. Food & Hospitality covers HACCP plans, allergen training, food hygiene certificates, pest control, temperature audits and EHO actions. Fleet Compliance handles MOT, insurance, servicing, driver licence checks, tachograph calibration and Driver CPC records. Users can enter expiry dates, upload documents, use a dashboard and access document storage and PDF reports. Email reminders are sent 30, 15 and 5 days before expiry. Trackers can be subscribed to individually or combined in bundles of two, three or four. A 7-day trial is available, with listed plans from £9.99 per month and the site’s pricing note stating from £19.99/mo.
