Kinu is a private personal CRM for keeping track of details, birthdays and important dates for friends and family. It can remind users when a date comes around or when it has been a while since they reached out. For each person, users can save moments, private notes, voice notes, dates and rituals. Kinu is aimed at maintaining personal relationships rather than managing sales contacts or using a larger social network; it has no feeds, followers, likes or public profiles. After sign-in, it works offline and saves changes to the device first. Relationship data is stored locally by default, with optional free encrypted backup or paid encrypted sync across devices. When either is enabled, data is encrypted on the device before it leaves and remains encrypted in transit and at rest. Voice notes remain on the device on every plan, and users can export their data at any time. Kinu is available on Android, iOS and web.
