Contact Book
Germany
What it is
Contact Book is a personal CRM for recording contacts, interactions, gifts, life events, and follow-ups. Profiles can store emails, phones, companies, addresses, birthdays, social links, food preferences, allergies, and how you met someone. A single view combines profiles, a relationship graph, an interaction timeline, life events, gifts, follow-ups, and a journal. Follow-up reminders are included, while email and calendar sync are not. The service runs on the web and provides API, CLI, and MCP access to the same data and access rules. Users can import and export information, export everything, or delete an account through self-service settings. The operator says servers and databases are hosted in Germany, with TLS 1.3, encrypted storage, encrypted backups, daily snapshots, and quarterly restore tests. Contact Book has a free plan; Standard costs €10 per month or €100 per year.
