FromUsers is a user research platform for surveys, usability testing, and in-product feedback studies. Its visual study builder lets teams create branching flows, advanced logic, randomization, random assignment, and variables without coding. Unmoderated studies can test prototypes or live products through tasks, screen recordings, spoken feedback, and structured follow-ups. Survey Lab supports multilingual setup, MaxDiff, and Conjoint. Researchers can recruit through study links or email, with Prolific listed as an integration. Participants may join from the FromUsers app; on-screen interactions and, when enabled with consent, face-camera recording are available. Figma and ProtoPie integrations and URL snapshots are listed across plans. The Coffee Plan costs $10 a month, billed monthly, or 100 USD yearly, and includes one seat, three active studies, 100 responses per study, and 20 questions per study.
