What it is
Fair Flow is salon operations software for coordinating walk-ins, service tickets, schedules, time clocks, tasks, inventory and training. Its shared live turn tracker displays the walk-in order and staff availability, while keeping turn counts and history. The platform also includes employee requests and an inbox, team communication, training materials and documents, alongside media, dashboard analytics and multi-location visibility. It runs on the web and iOS, with staff mobile access listed for iOS. The first location costs $99 a month, billed month to month, and includes unlimited staff and 5 GB of storage; a 14-day trial comes before payment. Each additional location costs $79 a month, and optional extra storage costs $10 a month per 10 GB. There is no setup fee or annual contract. Fair Flow does not process client payments. It also excludes client-facing online booking and marketplace listings, and its pricing page recommends retaining an existing booking platform.
