Entexia Procurement
Slovenia
What it is
Entexia Procurement manages purchase orders through approval, goods receipt, invoice matching and payment handoff. Orders can require multi-level approval based on value, and changes are logged. The module checks orders against department budgets, with additional approval required for overspending. It maintains approved-vendor lists, supplier ratings and order histories, and prevents blocked suppliers from being added to purchase orders. Three-way matching compares purchase orders, receipt documents and supplier invoices, flagging discrepancies before payment. Goods can be received partially or in full; receipt information is sent to WMS inventory, and quantity mismatches are queued. Orders can use EUR, USD, GBP, CHF or other currencies, with exchange rates entered manually or obtained automatically from the ECB. A matched and approved received invoice transfers to Finance as an outstanding invoice with the purchase order’s payment term. Entexia connects with listed ERP and accounting systems and provides a REST API. The listed price is €3.40/user/mo with a 7-day trial. Automatic recurring purchase orders are on the roadmap; for now, users can duplicate an existing order and change its date.
