What it is
Dueflow is web-based software for managing member dues and chapter finances. Members can pay by ACH, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna, with partial payments and payment plans supported. Automated email and SMS reminders follow a schedule and stop after payment. Dueflow connects with QuickBooks Online and posts categorized payouts that match bank statements. Dashboards show collection rates, revenue trends, and payment behavior, with exports to Excel, CSV, or QuickBooks. The service also includes a chapter store for apparel, event tickets, and fundraisers, branded giving pages, inventory tracking, receipt uploads, reimbursement approvals, and audit trails. Its documented REST API uses organization-scoped tokens and an OpenAPI specification. Organizations keep 100% of dues, while members pay processing fees based on method and amount; cash, checks, Venmo, and Zelle can be recorded at no cost. Payments use PCI DSS Level 1 certified processors, and Dueflow says credentials do not touch its servers. Chapters and Nationals plans are each listed as free.
