OfferWriter creates offers, contracts, addenda, and other forms using brokerage-approved forms, with editing, sharing, and e-signing. Its transaction coordination screen gathers active deals, deadlines, contacts, documents, amendments, showing statistics, and comparable sales. ShowingAgent connects agents with colleagues able to show properties, using smart routing and brokerage-set pricing. A brokerage communications hub includes notifications, documents, news, events, preferred vendors, Do-Not-Call list management, and an SSO launchpad. Weekly seller reports combine MLS, ListTrac, and ShowingTime information about listing performance. After closing, survey responses rated 4–5 stars may be directed to public review platforms, while lower ratings are routed internally. Google Workspace and the customer’s MLS are included integrations; optional integrations include BoldTrail BackOffice, SkySlope, ListTrac, ShowingTime, FreshDesk, BoldTrail CRM, and QuickBooks.
