A real-time dashboard combines Financial Aid, Contracts, and Billing data with measures such as net tuition revenue, enrollment, and discount rates. Clarity says there are no ACH fees; schools choose whether and when to charge late fees and keep the amounts collected. The system generates a Truth in Lending Act disclosure when required. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and school users must use multi-factor authentication. Pricing is available on request, and each school receives a dedicated Client Success Manager.
