Schools can define tuition, transport, and other fee heads by class and term, with the configured amounts applied to students automatically. Parents can pay online through the school’s Razorpay account using UPI, cards, or net banking; staff can enter counter payments in the same ledger. Payments generate receipts, and staff can send SMS or email reminders to parents on the defaulter list. Edutris says settlements go to the school’s bank account and payment credentials do not pass through its platform. Email, SMS, and parent-app push notifications are listed as live integrations.
