Schoolites Fee Management
New Delhi, India
What it is
Schoolites Fee Management automates fee invoicing, online collection, reminders, defaulter reports, scholarship rules, and accounting exports for schools. Administrators can configure fee heads and set monthly, quarterly, term-wise, or custom installments with due dates and grace periods. Parents can pay by UPI, card, or netbanking, or at a cashier counter. WhatsApp and SMS reminders can include payment links. Scholarship options include sibling, merit, staff-ward, RTE, and custom concessions. Day-book and ledger exports work with Tally, Zoho Books, and BUSY; Tally API auto-posting is available on request. The service lists Android, iOS, web, and API platforms, and its mobile app includes fee payments. The listed all-modules price is ₹10 per student per month, plus a one-time ₹3,000 registration fee. A one-month free trial includes all modules and requires no card. Schoolites says complete payment details are not stored on its servers and transactions are handled through third-party gateways. It also states DPDP-compliant handling, Indian data residency, parent-consent logs, and role-based access.
