Certhive
What it is
Certhive is a web service for creating and distributing certificates in bulk. Educators and organizations can import recipient lists from Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV, choose a design, and generate PDF certificates. They can deliver certificates by email or WhatsApp, or download them to share in class groups. Each certificate receives a unique verification link, and email tracking lets senders see when recipients open certificates. Users can select templates, add a school logo, and adjust colors, fonts, and branding. Certhive is positioned for CBSE, ICSE, and state-board schools, coaching and tuition centres, EdTech courses, and corporate training. The free Starter plan covers up to 50 certificates and three basic templates, with email delivery, CSV upload, and basic support. Pro costs ₹1,999 a month and includes unlimited certificates, custom templates, brand customization, API access, and priority support. Business costs ₹4,999 a month and adds team collaboration, webhooks and integrations, SSO, advanced security, and a dedicated account manager. A free trial is listed, and subscriptions can be canceled anytime.
