AwardKit
Sacramento, California, United States
What it is
AwardKit is web software for managing award programs, recognition initiatives, and judged competitions from collecting entries through publishing results. Organizers can build custom forms with conditional questions, autosave, save-and-resume, and image, PDF, and video uploads. Judges can score entries through personalized links without accounts, using weighted criteria organizers configure for any device. Programs can use judge-only scoring, audience voting, or both. AwardKit calculates scores automatically and supports assigning winners, publishing results, and exporting rankings and judge feedback as CSV files. Entry fees use Stripe Connect, with funds paid directly to the organization’s Stripe account and no AwardKit commission. AwardKit says traffic uses HTTPS/TLS, stored data is encrypted, passwords are hashed, and two-factor authentication is available. Card details are entered through Stripe-hosted Checkout; AwardKit says it does not see or store full card numbers. Account or program data can be deleted in settings, with removal from active systems immediately and encrypted backups typically purged within 30 days. The paid plan is $1,995 a year, billed annually, and lists unlimited programs, entries, judges, audience voters, and team members. Organizations with 500 or more entries are invited to contact AwardKit.
