Amion
Boston area, Massachusetts, United States
What it is
Amion is scheduling software for medical groups, hospitals, and health systems that need to create and share on-call and shift schedules. Its tools include scheduling rules, patterns, templates, and an autoscheduler. Staff can send work or time-off requests and swap shifts when those options are enabled for a schedule. Department schedules can be brought together in a central hospital-wide on-call list. The mobile app supports two-way secure messaging; messages from the Who’s On List are one-way broadcasts. Listed integrations include Epic, American Messaging, Spok, Verizon, LightningBolt, QGenda, SAML-compatible single sign-on providers, and Imprivata products. LightningBolt and QGenda integrations show Amion schedules in those applications, with information flowing outward from Amion only. Browser access covers schedule viewing, requests, editing, swaps, and personal schedules across platforms. The OnCall desktop scheduler runs on Windows; Amion says Macs can run it through Winebottler or Windows emulators such as Parallels and VMware Fusion. Plans include Pro, Enterprise, and Residency, with different schedule limits and tools. Pricing is on request. Amion lists Android, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows availability, plus email and phone support.
