To monetize AI music without inviting copyright strikes, make original tracks, use only voices and source audio you have permission to use, confirm the generator’s commercial terms for the exact track and plan, and keep records of your prompts, edits, licenses and exports. On your Galaxy phone, use a tool with a stated Android app or mobile access for creation, then publish through a distributor or YouTube only after checking the relevant rights and disclosure rules.
Step 1: Choose A Generator Whose Rights Fit Your Release
A tool’s ability to generate or export a song does not by itself establish that you may monetize it. Check the vendor’s current terms for commercial use, the plan that applies, and any restrictions on uploaded audio, samples, vocals or releases. The directory details below identify useful starting points; where they do not establish a specific right, check the vendor’s site before publishing.

| Tool | What The Available Details Establish | What To Check Before Monetizing |
|---|---|---|
| Suno | Available on Android; the Free Plan does not include commercial rights. | Whether your specific paid plan and track permit the intended commercial use; the available details do not establish that. |
| SongGPT | Works on Android; commercial licensing is included on paid plans. | Which paid plan applies and its terms for your track, uploads, voices and intended release. |
| GenerateSongs.ai | Offers commercial usage rights and generates vocal or instrumental songs from text prompts. | Current credit and license terms for your purchase and intended use. |
These are not guarantees against claims. A commercial-use license from a generator does not establish permission to imitate a real performer, use someone else’s recording or lyrics, or satisfy another platform’s rules. Get consent for any real person’s voice or performance you use, and follow the generator’s and publishing platform’s terms.
Step 2: Build A Track Around Material You Can Identify
Write a prompt that describes musical qualities rather than naming a living artist, copying a recognizable song, or asking for a voice to sound like a real person. For example: “Create an original mid-tempo instrumental with warm electric piano, restrained drums, a gradual build, and a clean ending; avoid recognizable melodies and vocal likenesses.” This is a prompt example, not a claim that a particular tool supports each musical control.

If you add lyrics, a vocal, a sample or an audio reference, use material you created or have permission to use. Keep a simple project note with the prompt, date, generator, plan, edits you made, and the source and permission for every uploaded element. For a Galaxy workflow, Suno and SongGPT list Android access; Soundverse AI Beat Maker also lists Android, but its supplied details do not establish commercial licensing, so check its terms before monetizing an export.
Step 3: Make And Preserve Human Contributions
Revise the result with your own lyrics, arrangement, performance or production choices, and save the project and dated exports. Keep a clear record of which parts you authored and which parts were AI-generated. Under the U.S. Copyright Office’s guidance, material generated entirely by AI is not copyrightable, prompts alone do not make the user its author, and only human-authored parts of a mixed work may be protected. If you apply to register a work containing more than a minimal amount of AI-generated material, disclose that material and describe your contribution. U.S. Copyright Office AI report and guidance

- Please note, this device does not support E-SIM; This 4G model is compatible with all GSM networks worldwide outside of the U.S. In the US, ONLY compatible with T-Mobile and their MVNO's (Metro and Standup). It will NOT work with other CDMA carriers, and it is also not compatible with their MVNO (Visible, Xfinity Mobile, US Mobile, Cricket Wireless, etc).
- Compatibility with certain third-party devices and accessibility accessories, including some hearing aids, may vary depending on manufacturer support, Bluetooth protocols, software compatibility, and regional firmware limitations. For additional hearing aid compatibility information, please refer to Samsung’s official support documentation.
- Camera: 50 MP, f/1.8, (wide), 1/2.76", 0.64µm, AF | 50 MP, f/1.8, (wide), 1/2.76", 0.64µm, AF | 2 MP, f/2.4, (macro). Battery: 5000 mAh, non-removable | A power adapter is NOT included.
Step 4: Check The Master Before Uploading
- Remove any source audio, sample or lyric unless you have permission to use it in the intended release.
- Listen for a vocal likeness or melody that could identify a real artist or existing song. Do not publish an unauthorized impersonation; Spotify says vocal impersonation is allowed only when the impersonated artist has authorized it. Spotify AI policy announcement, reported September 25, 2025
- Check the generator’s terms for your account and track, including commercial use and restrictions on uploads or samples. Save a copy of the applicable terms or a dated record of what you checked.
- Give each release a distinct arrangement, lyrics or production treatment. Spotify announced a filter for mass uploads and duplicate tracks, and YouTube’s inauthentic-content policy targets mass-produced, repetitive or template-based uploads rather than AI use by itself. Step 5: Distribute The Track And Keep The Rights Trail
For streaming distribution, Ditto Music lists unlimited releases across more than 150 music platforms and says users retain 100% of streaming royalties. DistroKid lists unlimited uploads to more than 150 streaming services and stores; its details say YouTube Content ID monetization uses the Social Media Pack. Check each distributor’s current submission, AI disclosure and rights requirements before delivery. The stated distribution features do not establish that a track is eligible for every service or Content ID.
When uploading AI music, provide accurate credits and disclosures wherever the distributor or service requests them. Spotify said it supports DDEX AI disclosures in credits; that does not establish that every distributor exposes the same field. Spotify also announced an AI Persona badge in August 2026 for artist identities that may be AI-generated rather than a real person. Step 6: Publish On YouTube With Honest Disclosure
YouTube supports publishing and monetization through web, iOS and Android. Its inauthentic-content policy addresses mass-produced, repetitive or template-based uploads; AI use alone is not the stated target. Make each music video meaningfully distinct, with original presentation rather than repeated templates. If the upload contains realistic altered or synthetic content that could be mistaken for a real person’s performance, use YouTube’s altered-or-synthetic content label. Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What To Do If A Claim Arrives
Pause promotion of the disputed upload while you compare the claim with your project notes, generator terms, permissions and source files. Use the platform’s stated process and provide only records that support your rights. A generator’s commercial-use terms may support your account of how you made the track, but they do not alone prove permission for a third-party voice, sample or composition.
