Free VPN services can differ in both their free-tier limits and the policies that govern their use. Compare free data allowance, device limit, server choice and speed policy, along with whether ads appear on the free plan. Logging policy is another factor to review; paid-from pricing may matter if you are also weighing paid options. Bitdefender Total Security, Proton VPN and Speedify are among the first entries, followed by hide.me and Hotspot Shield. Think about your data needs, the number of devices you would connect and the server choice you want, then use the listed criteria to compare the available services.
