What it is
Xero Practice Manager is practice management software for accounting and bookkeeping practices in Xero’s partner program. It is now integrated into Xero Partner Hub, bringing together practice management, client work, and compliance tools. Staff can be assigned jobs, with schedules, availability, deadlines, and milestones available to manage work. Time can be recorded by duration or by start and stop, then used to create progress or final invoices with fixed prices, rates, and markups. Reporting covers jobs, time, costs, productivity, and recoverable costs, with standard, customised, and user-created reports. The product syncs invoices and client details with a firm’s Xero accounts, and paid invoices appear in Partner Hub. Xero Tax and Xero Workpapers, powered by BGL, are included at no extra cost with the subscription. The web-based service also supports configurable workflows and branded documents. Listed prices are free for eligible Silver, Gold, or Platinum partners; paid plans are NZ$65 a month for one user, NZ$99 a month for three, and NZ$149 a month for up to 10 users. Prices exclude GST.
