ViewSonic AirSync
Brea, California, United States
What it is
ViewSonic AirSync wirelessly mirrors a device screen to one or more ViewSonic displays through a sender app or web browser. It supports AirPlay, Google Cast and Miracast, as well as Sender versions for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and the web. A host can approve or reject sharing requests with Moderator mode. AirSync can show multiple participants’ screens at once, with simultaneous capacity ranging from four to six depending on the IFP model, and Display Grouping can broadcast a display to up to 10 screens on the same local network segment.
AirSync supports LAN and internet connections, but Web Sender does not support LAN. Web Sender also lacks touch feedback, receiving IFP screens, pen strokes and high-quality sharing. Compatible ViewBoard displays support touchback control from Windows, macOS, Android and iPad. ViewSonic describes end-to-end encryption and centralized control through ViewSonic Manager. The product is designed for ViewSonic displays; specified older CDE and IFP models continue using myViewBoard Display and vCast. Sessions last up to 180 minutes by default, with two extensions possible, for a maximum of nine hours. Pricing is listed from $62, and a free plan is listed.
