Truxl is an AI-native product analytics platform for product, engineering, and growth teams. Users can ask product questions in plain English and receive queries, charts, cohorts, explanations, and SQL. It monitors metrics for anomalies and surfaces releases or segments linked with changes; insight agents can investigate metric drops, identify affected segments, and post summaries to Slack. Analytics include funnels, retention, cohorts, raw SQL exploration, real-time events, sampled session replay, A/B testing, feature flags, and retargeting. Warehouse synchronization supports Snowflake, BigQuery, and Redshift. An MCP server works with Claude Desktop, Cursor, Zed, and other compatible clients. Customers can self-host in their own VPC using Helm or Docker. Events are stored in open Parquet format on the customer’s S3 or Truxl’s S3 and can be exported anytime. Truxl says customer events are not used to train or improve its models; sensitive fields can be marked in the SDK and hashed before leaving the browser. Hobby is free forever and includes 1M events/month and 30-day data retention. Pro costs $35 a month, billed pay-as-you-go. Enterprise / Self-host pricing is custom.
