Trilio Site Recovery
Framingham, Massachusetts, United States
What it is
Trilio Site Recovery provides disaster recovery for Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization virtual machines, with storage-agnostic replication and recovery managed through an OpenShift-native architecture. It offers synchronous block-level replication designed for near-zero RPO, as well as asynchronous replication. Automated failover can start VMs in a defined order, reassign networks, and cut over DNS. Teams can test recovery in isolation from replicated snapshots without disrupting production and generate compliance reports. Replication policies can be stored as Git-managed Kubernetes custom resources; ArgoCD, Flux, and ACM compatibility are listed for GitOps workflows. Its operator-based, CRD-driven setup has a centralized control plane for multiple clusters and does not use a VM agent. Hooks before and after failover can quiesce databases, flush writes, and notify dependent services. Trilio announced availability through its Early Adopter Program as a Technology Preview, supporting Red Hat OpenShift 4.20 and later. Pricing is available on request.
