What it is
Teisko is a SaaS management platform for tracking an organization’s applications, users, access rights, spending, and renewals. It can discover apps through invoice data, Microsoft SSO, and a browser plugin, or users can add them manually and use an app catalog. People can be imported from Microsoft Entra or Google Workspace, added manually, or copied from Excel. Access reviews may be delegated to managers or app owners, who can approve or revoke access in a separate portal without a Teisko account. Its dashboard shows SaaS costs and past and upcoming payments, and it can store receipts and invoices. Free includes one admin account per site, up to 100 managed users, 20 invoice extractions per month, and up to three access reviews annually. Business costs $29/EUR per month and allows up to 1,000 managed users, unlimited invoice extractions, and up to 10 annual access reviews. Microsoft SSO is not yet supported in Access Reviews. Teisko is available as a web service and extension.
