It supports rich cards, carousels, suggested replies, action buttons, high-resolution images and video, location sharing, and branded sender identity, with automatic SMS fallback. API access uses OAuth2 client credentials, with tokens valid for seven days. To connect the service, businesses create an RCS agent in Google's RCS console and supply its Agent ID, region, and webhook URL.
