ServeFlow: Worship Planner
What it is
ServeFlow: Worship Planner is a free worship service scheduling app for worship leaders and volunteer musicians, available on iOS and macOS. Teams can build service orders with sections, songs, keys, and BPM, then assign band, vocal, and technical roles. Saved services can be reused as templates and duplicated for another date. Its searchable song library includes lyrics, keys, and reference tracks. Lyrics are supported in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, and English, with romanized readings for those multilingual songs. Churches can configure Bible languages so scripture in service plans and projection follows those settings. Team members can confirm whether they are serving and mark unavailable dates. The app sends reminders the evening before and the morning of a service, plus push notifications when someone is added or a plan changes. Setup and teardown checklists can be assigned, checked off, and tracked by person. Version 2.0 states that services work offline. Sign-in is available with Apple, Google, or email. The free plan is listed for iPhone and iPad in English. Rezumab LLC indicates name and email may be collected for app functionality and are not linked to the user.
