SchoolPass Visitor Management
Houston, Texas, United States
What it is
SchoolPass Visitor Management gives K–12 schools tools for visitor screening, staff check-in, and student attendance management. Schools can collect visitor information, set entry terms for different visitor types, and screen against the most recent national sex offender database available; staff are discreetly notified about possible matches. The system also flags non-custodial parents without pickup authorization and people on a campus watch list. Schools can send pre-registration links, print customized badges after approval, and prepare badges or digital IDs for events. Repeat visitors can use digital IDs, mobile-wallet passes, QuickPins, QR codes, barcodes, RFID cards, or HID/NFC cards, and group check-in and check-out are supported. Student check-in can use QR codes, barcodes, RFID tags, or the SchoolPass app; the system can produce tardy and early-dismissal slips and validate pickup authorization. Staff can search sign-in history by visitor, campus, or time, and districts can report compliance. The system requires an iPad and an internet connection. Pricing is available on request. SchoolPass is now part of Raptor Technologies, which acquired it in 2023.
