Ramp Stack
New York, New York, United States
What it is
Ramp Stack is a web-based AI operating system for accounting teams that prepares accounting work for review and approval. Preloaded skills cover reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, schedules, and accruals. Stack can connect to QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, spreadsheets, SharePoint, and OneDrive; Outlook is supported when a personal inbox is connected and Agent search is enabled. It can learn preferences such as project-based spending, deferred revenue recognition, and custom vendor rules. Teams can inspect work and sources, set guardrails, and approve work requiring judgment before posting. A Session Audit Log records sources, actions, and outputs. Ramp says data, skills, and processes are not shared with other firms or used to train models, and provider contracts include zero data retention. Stack uses SOC 2 controls and encryption in transit and at rest. It currently supports straightforward QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, but not QuickBooks Desktop or multi-currency workflows. Pricing is on request.
