What it is
Polinode is a browser-based tool for organizational network analysis, visualization, and network-data analysis. Users can import Excel, GEXF, or JSON files, collect relationship data with surveys, or use passive data queries. Surveys can capture relationship information alongside demographic, engagement, culture, and open-text responses. Network visualizations support up to 50,000 nodes and 250,000 edges, with more than 30 metrics. An AI network chat can answer questions about network data, calculate metrics, interpret findings, and find shortest paths.
Passive integrations can access metadata from Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and Slack. Polinode says these integrations do not read or store message content and refresh connected data every 24 hours; they require an organization account and are unavailable to individual accounts. The free plan provides one user, five public networks, six basic metrics, and community support, but no private networks. Lite costs $40 a month and Professional costs $80 a month. Lite allows five private networks, while Professional allows 50. Consultant and Enterprise plan prices are available by discussion.
