PolicyTrak Knowledge Base
Los Angeles, California, United States
What it is
PolicyTrak Knowledge Base gives employees self-service access to company policies, standard operating procedures, and resources. Employees can search document text with relevance-ranked results, autocomplete, and recent searches, then filter by category, tags, status, and date. Drafts and archived content are excluded from employee views. The system shows documents assigned to each employee’s locations, with a switch for employees assigned to multiple locations, and automatically reflects the latest active policies and procedures. A natural-language AI assistant answers questions using company policies and procedures and links to source documents. The responsive service works on phones and tablets, with offline access to recently viewed documents through PWA support. Sign-in controls include SAML 2.0 single sign-on with Azure AD, Google, or Okta, TOTP two-factor authentication, email one-time codes, session timeouts, recognized-device reauthentication, and role-based access settings. PolicyTrak also documents a key-authenticated REST API, Slack and Microsoft Teams webhooks, and employee-record sync with SmartShifts. HRIS integration uses the REST API and requires integration work; there are no prebuilt HRIS connectors. The platform lists content analytics and is available on Android, iOS, and the web. Pricing is on request.
