Musubi
Musubi · Brno, Czech Republic
What it is
Musubi is a shared calendar that combines calendars, tasks, people, and reminders. Events can appear in multiple calendars, with one update reflected in each appearance. Connections include Google Calendar, Apple iCloud, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and compatible CalDAV services such as Nextcloud, Fastmail, and Radicale. Synchronization works both ways where provider permissions allow, while read-only calendars remain read-only. Day, week, month, and agenda views are available, and personal pages control which calendars and items are shown. Tasks sit beside events with status, priority, and due dates; the web version adds list and Kanban views. Android and iOS apps are available, with Android agenda and month widgets and on-device event reminders. Musubi is open source under the MIT License and can be self-hosted using Docker Compose v2, a domain, and HTTPS. Hosted Musubi is free during early access at no cost. The hosted app and primary database run in Germany. Musubi says it is not end-to-end encrypted because shared-calendar synchronization requires server access to event data.
