Markup Hero
What it is
Markup Hero is a markup tool for capturing or importing material and adding annotations. A markup can start as a screenshot, an uploaded or pasted image or PDF, a blank canvas, or a creation from the Chrome extension. It supports Mac, Windows, and Chrome, and exports JPG, PNG, and PDF files. Its tools include scrolling capture, OCR, annotation, and cloud sharing. The free Hero plan costs nothing and includes the product’s features, with a maximum of 25 markups; free-plan markups can be edited for 24 hours. An account is required after five markups, to link files to users and support customer service. Premium Monthly costs $5 a month, and Premium Annual costs $3 a month billed annually; both list unlimited markups and permanent editing history. Super Hero Monthly costs $5 a month, while Super Hero Annual costs $3 a month billed annually; both include unlimited markups, editing, and saving. Teams and Lifetime plans are also listed without prices.
