Kuvasz Uptime
What it is
Kuvasz Uptime is free, open-source software for self-hosted uptime and SSL monitoring. It runs through web and Linux environments, with management available in a web interface, REST API, or YAML configuration. HTTP monitors can check adjustable intervals, headers, keywords, expected status codes, and response times. Other monitor types cover SSL certificates, push signals, ICMP ping, TCP ports, and DNS. Users can publish public or private brandable status pages and schedule maintenance windows manually, on recurring cron schedules, or as one-off events to pause affected checks. Notifications can use email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Microsoft Teams, Apprise, Pushover, PagerDuty, or custom webhooks, configured per monitor. Metrics export to Prometheus or OTLP-compatible tools, and Home Assistant has an official integration. Deployment uses Docker, Docker Compose, or an official Helm chart and requires PostgreSQL. An MCP server exposes monitoring data and management operations to compatible AI clients. Authentication and optional OIDC are supported. The Free plan costs nothing.
