Agents can be set up with system prompts, skills, tools, and extensions, with multi-model support. Its grading checks can cover output matching, schema validation, tool use, safety, and LLM judging. The Optimization Lab includes prompt tuning, automated fixes, adversarial testing, model tournaments, evolution, and distillation. Connectors include WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, GitHub, webhooks, MCP, and an embeddable chat widget; workflow orchestration connections include n8n, Zapier, and Make. A quality monitor supports regression tests and Slack or email alerts when quality drops below a configured threshold. Agents can be exposed through authenticated API endpoints, including an OpenAI-compatible chat completions endpoint. Kopern offers a web interface and API. Its free Starter plan is limited to two agents and 10K tokens per month. Pro costs $79 a month; Enterprise costs $499 a month. A Usage plan is also listed, but its price is not shown.
