GreyMatter
Roswell, Georgia, United States
What it is
GreyMatter is GreyOrange’s fulfillment orchestration software for coordinating warehouse work and robotics. Its warehouse control system can direct robotic and human agents, and one installation can coordinate goods-to-person, person-to-goods, and manual work in a dark store. Supported processes include inventory management, picking, putaway, audits, packing, replenishment, storage and retrieval, sorting, and order consolidation. It can combine orders from different picking areas and manage service-level agreements dynamically, with real-time capacity information, order insights, inventory reports, analytics, and dashboards. GreyOrange says the dark-store solution can run without a warehouse management system or other third-party software. The platform is hardware-agnostic and can orchestrate Ranger robots and other vendors’ robots. Its case-picking option uses a self-learning model to choose storage locations and a wearable app to direct operators to the next task and location. APIs support partner connections and data, service, audit, reporting, and process-flow functions; authentication is required and uses OAuth tokens. Pricing is on request.
