Global Relay Event Archiving API
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
What it is
Global Relay Event Archiving API is a developer interface for sending social media, collaboration and customer experience events into Global Relay Archive. It is designed for platforms that generate event-based data and supports more than 40 event types, including posts, replies, profile changes and other user activity. Global Relay authenticates, validates, transforms and stores submitted data for discovery and analysis by archive users. Applications must be registered and identify the data types they intend to archive before calling the API. Authentication uses OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials, and endpoints require HTTPS. Any programming language with an HTTP library can work with it. Each platform being archived requires its own credentials, and attachments must first be sent to the files endpoint before an event can reference them. Global Relay lists connectors for services including Jira Cloud, LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Salesforce Chatter, WhatsApp Business, Zoom and Webex. The archive offers configurable retention, legal hold, advanced search and export to PST or EML, or via FTP, DVD or hard drive. Pricing is available on request.
