FormRouter
Cary, North Carolina, United States
What it is
FormRouter.NET hosts online forms and collects responses into databases an organization controls, without requiring programming to retrieve results. Its Simple Form Builder lets users create HTML forms, and FormRouter staff can also build forms for customers. Supported formats include PDF, HTML5, Excel with a plugin, ASP and ASP.NET. Accounts include tools for managing forms, alerts, files and reports, with alerts that can be triggered by submissions. Responses can be downloaded to SharePoint, Access, Excel, SQL Server, OpenOffice Calc, ODBC databases, Salesforce, SugarCRM, text and XML. The PDF viewer converts forms to HTML5 for filling, signing and submission on PCs, Macs, iPads, iPhones and Android devices. FormRouter says submitted forms are encrypted and routed to its server; designated users can download aggregated results according to their permissions. An account upgrade adds secure email alerts using 128-bit encryption. An ASP.NET utility lets organizations host ASP.NET forms on their own servers while using FormRouter for data capture. Pricing is available on request.
