Exoprise
Waltham, Massachusetts, United States
What it is
Exoprise provides digital experience monitoring for SaaS and cloud applications, networks, and endpoints. CloudReady runs code-free synthetic transactions for Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Azure Virtual Desktop, and other web applications. Service Watch captures employee experience and correlates real-user monitoring with synthetic monitoring. Network path diagnostics and hop-by-hop traces help locate issues across LAN/WAN, ISPs, the internet, and service-provider networks. Exoprise also says it anonymously aggregates metrics for application and network benchmarks. Data can be published to Splunk, Microsoft System Center, Operations Management Suite, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel, with ServiceNow ticket integration. PowerShell and other languages can automate deployments, while exported data supports API use. Identity controls include multiple SAML configurations and role-based provisioning and access. API access uses SSL and is disabled by default. Plans include unlimited online support. Credits cost $100 a month, and a 15-day trial is available without a credit card.
